During Hurricane Katrina many of Our People went three to six days without food or water. The E.F.W.S. will establish an emergency food and water banks that will be distributed during a crisis/natural disaster the E.F.W.S. will establish emergency food and water stations in an unaffected area, as well as New Afrikan controlled relief centers and evacuee shelters. The New Afrikan E.F.W.S. will also have mobile kitchens that will distribute food and water to families that are trapped in affected areas.
