During Hurricane Katrina, many of Our People were not able to reach a hospital or receive emergency medical attention, and as a direct result, many of them suffered, if not died. The E.M.C. will be fully equipped, and capable of performing certain emergency operations and/or procedures which will include X-Rays. The E.M.C.'s will be dispatched to the hardest areas, especially those in rural areas we will also send an E.M.C. to all the emergency relief centers and evacuee shelters under our control. We will also have Emergency Boat Clinics which would also allow us to reach Our People in the flooded areas.
